How confidential documents work
A team admin toggles a document confidential. It disappears from all views immediately.
The admin grants access to specific team members. Everyone else sees a 404.
The RAG engine never retrieves chunks from confidential files the user hasn't been granted. No post-processing — the data is never fetched.
EU-first, data stays yours
Ragirag is hosted in EU data centers. Bring your own OpenAI (or Anthropic, or Mistral) key — your queries go directly to your LLM account. We never hold or train on your content.
